Amazing balcony view of Patong beach.

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, and great security make my stays enjoyable. The staff once helped me find my lost wallet. they are truly dedicated. I recommend the spa for relaxation!

The welcome drink and aromatherapy towel were such nice touches when I arrived. I really enjoyed the relaxing outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge during my stay. The breakfast was decent, but I wish there had been a bit more variety for Western options. 😊

Check-in took longer than expected, which might be frustrating if you're on a tight schedule. Also, I noticed some mosquitoes buzzing around, though the hotel provides ample mosquito spray to help keep them at bay. Lastly, the jacuzzi tub in my room didn’t quite live up to expectations, with a gray tint and an odd smell when the jets were running.

our stay at burasari phuket resort & spa was fantastic! the breakfast offered a great selection, and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. the pools were lovely, and we enjoyed the relaxing transformative oil massage which was just perfect for unwinding after beach days.

The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor. It was frustrating because the hotel used essential oils, yet the stink was still noticeable. This significantly affected our comfort during the stay.

Burasari Phuket was a foodie’s paradise! The breakfast spread was exquisite—such a delightful start to the day. Also, can we talk about the super friendly staff? They made us feel right at home! Plus, the pool area is a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Just a solid selection for a brief pit stop in Phuket with definitely value for money. The breakfast staff were outstanding, especially Luang and Kong who made delicious eggs and were super friendly. Try to request a room away from the bar for a quieter experience.

Now, if only they had 24-hour room service! I mean, why stop the indulgence at dinner, darling?
